Reflective Follow-Up Meeting: 12:00 PM-1:00 PM EST on Wednesday, August 19th

The 1 hour reflective follow-up meeting will provide an opportunity to revisit real‑world challenges and successes after implementing the strategies covered in the workshop. Participants can bring forward any questions or uncertainties that emerged in their workflow. Attendance is optional. Those who participate will receive an additional 1.0 Mainpro+® credits.

This activity has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario Chapter for one credit per hour for up to 6.0  Mainpro+® Certified Activity credits (this includes the follow-up meeting).
