The OCFP is firmly committed to ensuring that family physicians are effective, visible leaders in the delivery of primary care and shaping health policy priorities in Ontario. We aim to enhance leadership among family physicians in both communities and primary care settings, to ensure a high quality, and patient-centered health system.

The OCFP Leadership Academy: Developed in collaboration with the Rotman School of Management, this immersive program is designed to enhance leadership skills among family physicians.

Family Doctors Enabling Integrated Care: Family physicians’ involvement and leadership are essential to the successful development of integrated healthcare systems (i.e., OHTs). Find out how you can earn Mainpro+ credits or certify a program.
Elevating Excellence: Cultivate your skillset in adult learning principles, navigating complexity and prioritizing personal wellness through this self-learning program. Participants will learn to foster learner-centric discussions and improve their ability to mentor and coach adult learners.
