The Ontario College of Family Physicians (OCFP) is pleased to present a six-part virtual Breakfast Series on Innovative Approaches to Optimizing Teams, designed to showcase practical, real-world experiences from family physicians in different team settings across the province.
Rather than focusing on theory or a single model of team-based care, this series highlights the experiences of family physicians who have successfully implemented new approaches to designing workflow, roles, leadership structures and administrative supports within their own settings. Through candid conversations, panelists will share what worked, what didn’t, and the lessons they learned along the way.
Whether you work within a fully funded Interprofessional Primary Care Team (IPCT), have access to shared resources, or practice with limited team supports, you’ll gain practical insights that can be adapted to your own context.
This one-credit-per-hour Group Learning program has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario Chapter for up to 12 Mainpro+ credits.
