The OCFP Leadership Academy: Developed in collaboration with the Rotman School of Management, this immersive program is designed to enhance leadership skills among family physicians.
Elevating Excellence: Cultivate your skillset in adult learning principles, navigating complexity and prioritizing personal wellness through this self-learning program. Participants will learn to foster learner-centric discussions and improve their ability to mentor and coach adult learners.
