Surveys

  • Many Canadians do not receive adequate physician and nurse practitioner(NP) home visits near the end of life. The Bruyère Research Institute aims to better understand factors that may be preventing or facilitating physicians’ and NPs’ willingness to provide palliative home visits for adult patients in their last year of life through a study. Family physicians who do and do not provide home visits for adult patients (aged 18+), and are fluent in English, are invited to complete a 15-20 minute online survey here.
  • Take part in a five-minute, anonymous, bilingual survey developed by the Infant and Early Mental Health Promotion at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), which will inform the development of infant and early mental health resources.
