Please join us for the 112th session in our series “Changing the Way We Work” on Friday, September 18, 2026! In this session, we will share an update on circulating infectious diseases. Dr. Jane Philpott will provide an update on Ontario’s Primary Care Action Plan and the province’s goal of connecting every Ontarian to a family doctor or primary care team. She will also highlight opportunities for family physicians to support this work through team-based care, patient attachment initiatives, and partnerships with local primary care organizations. The session will explore how these approaches can help strengthen primary care, improve access for patients, and better support family physicians in delivering comprehensive, coordinated care. The main program will be held from 7:55-9:00 a.m., with a possible extension until 9:15 a.m. for additional Q&A.
