Peer Connect Small Group Learning

Join us for a series of small group learning sessions where family physicians are encouraged to celebrate successes and explore the challenges they experience practicing family medicine.  Program Benefits  Four different groups are being offered:  These will be closed groups, with a maximum of ten participants and will be co-facilitated by two Peer Guides who will lead the discussion. Groups will run for one year and meet once every four to six weeks for 1.5 hours.  The deadline to register for a small group is Friday, April 12, 2024.

Please join us for the 74th in our series “Changing the way we work” on Friday April 5, 2024. In this session, we will have a brief discussion on circulating infectious diseases. We will also highlight key updates to the Osteoporosis Canada Guidelines and review practical tools to help in your family practice. The main program will be held from 7:55-9:00am, with time for additional Q&A until 9:15am. We appreciate you submitting questions at registration to help us plan the session.
