Tell us about the impact your family doctor has had on your health
Family doctors are the foundation of the healthcare system, and the Ontario College of Family Physicians is calling on Ontarians to recognize their family doctor for their outstanding care and dedication to patients.
From urgent care clinics and hospitals to long-term care and family medicine clinics, family doctors are there for Ontarians. The care they provide to patients at all stages of their lives is essential.
We want to hear from you.
Tell us about the positive impact that your family doctor has had on your health, the health of your family and your life. Based on your submission, the Ontario College of Family Physicians may send your family doctor a special award of recognition.
Submissions will be accepted until August 15, 2024.
